I trust this doctor with my sons life he is the best spinal doctor in the valley . I trust what he tells me he answers all my questions and always treat my family with respect. I would recommend Dr Betancourt and I have.

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

They don't treat their clients equally at all, and only make time for their favorite clients. If they didn't like me, they didn't make time for me. They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern. They weren't careful at all, and I was in a lot of pain after my appointment. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here.
Stopped taking worker comp and did not notify any patients..just stopped taking them without any referals. Staff tatooed and not professional. Will not return phone calls.

Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette. I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible. They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern. They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality.
