There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back.

The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful.

They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I will definitely recommend them to people I know. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.
