I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. I am a travel nurse and they always accomodate my need to be seen by Dr. Moore sometimes on very short notice. I've been a patient of Dr. Moore's for 10 years and highly recommend her!

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.

I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but only 5-15 minutes. They are among the best I have seen. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with and they were always happy to help me. Lots of magazines plus a television in the waiting area, but they got me in so quickly, I didn't have time to finish the article I was reading!
