Even though on the website, they should be accepting my insurance, when calling her office, I was asked for my insurance plan and was told Dr. Moore did not accept any new patients - which clearly was due to my insurance plan.
Apparently, even though they accept on paper, they discriminate against certain insurance plans. That was ugly.
