Dr, Nicholas and staff have provider all of our family the best of care for over 20 years. He has navigated us through some serious health issues, and is always extremely thorough.

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.

They barely had any magazines to choose from, and the ones that were available weren't very interesting. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many.
