His office staff is horrible. He's distracted entering information in the new computer system and isn't listening and forgets to share test results. They missile and will call not leave a message and then not know what about or who called when you return it.

The chairs in the waiting room at this doctor's office were definitely above average. I was comfortable. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had with this wonderful doctor. Their staff is very friendly and professional; I felt welcome. From what I've heard, this provider is well known and respected. Good to hear!

Now my review: Dr. Daly is really great and his staff is very accommodating. The only problem is getting back lab results. They say they can not fax it. And they have no way to email it or to access it online. They need to get into the 21st century. I am 61 years old but everything I do is electronically.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
