He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.
