Dr.'s office never answers the phone. Very impersonal and not accommodating. Long waits, and in my case, being handicapped, no attention to personal needs. No handicap ramp either. Dr. needs to look at retiring if he cannot fulfill the commitment to his patients that trust in his professional decision making. Very let down by the non-care type of culture surrounded by the progressive philosophy of a simple turn key clinic. If for any reason you develop a common cold, simply stay in bed and sweat it out, rather than waste your time at this clinic. American healthcare is becoming a sad thing to look forward to in this country. Dr. Morrill will make sure of this.

Not really. I usually have to wait a long time
