Never, they are very reliable.

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Dr. Green is a most compassionate and knowledgeable doctor. He has gone way beyond to guide me in decisions about my health. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.

I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
