Their staff is the very friendly. They are professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Both the doctor and staff here are extremely friendly and welcoming. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. I've already told my family about the fantastic experience I had with this wonderful doctor. Following my procedure I was impressed with the thorough explanation provided by Dr. Shobassy.

Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help
