Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour to 48 hours to get it answered. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They have really great patient care here. They always put their patients first, regardless of the situation. Whenever I make an appointment, there may be a little wait time but I'm always confident that they're going to be totally focused on me and take as much time as it needs for my to feel confident about the decisions concerning my care. Just as a side note, this office is conveniently located just off the freeway and easy to get to the parking, etc. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.
