They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. I am not going to refer my family and friends here. I just wasn't that impressed. I would never send my friends or family here. My experience here was truly horrifying. They were far to arrogant to get any sort of outside advice, even though they knew they should. I was hoping to see someone that considered my safety more important than always having an answer.
