The way they are going after patients[ex] for billing issues caused by them is fraudulent. Looking for a means to lodge a formal complaint.

I have been a patient for over fifteen years, the whole staff is very professional and cordial. The service is excellent, there is never a long wait for appointments, they are very accomodating. Dr Miner is very smart and well informed on the latest reports and studies.

Sometimes I learn more than I want to know, Dr. Miner is so thorough. He's always up on the latest information about drugs, tests, etc. He also does not harrass you about doing the things that you know you should do better - like eat better, get more excercise. He does remind you to do those things, but he doesn't harp on them each time you visit. I've never had to wait long to be taken into the back and once there, someone comes in to see me very quickly.
