Beware! He will do tests that are not even needed so he can charge your insurance and if you are on a Schedule II prescription he does a Urine and Blood Drug Test every single month which is not required by the DEA. I have finally reached my point of no return when he charged me $55 that had to paid in CASH to sign a medical release form on top of another office visit so he could try to sell me on hormone pellets that are expensive and not covered by insurance. That is just the beginning. He charges your insurance company for seeing him when you never ever see him and he prescribed water pills to me for a rash knowing I work out in the extreme heat 12+ hours a day as a delivery driver. I can't imagine what would have happened to me had I took them! He also did an ultrasound in his office for my thyroid and when I had to go to the specialist for it I was told his ultrasound never even showed my thyroid so they obviously don't know what they are doing. He is there to charge your insurance company and try to convince you to do plastic surgery and hormone replacement. Money in his pocket. I would never allow him to touch me with a knife ever.

I am very pleased with Dr Willens and the other doctors in his office. He offers a very wide variety of treatments and the whole clinic is very warm and inviting. I had shots for pain in my back done right there in his office. This procedure is typically done in a hospital setting and cost lots of money. Dr Willens provides the procedure at a much.less rate. Gove this group of Dr's a chance.... you just might like them.

I told them my mother was getting forgetful (Early stages of Alzheimer's Disease} and told them SEVERAL TIMES over the phone to check, when I'd make the appts., which they DID NOT, the receptionists professionalism isn't professional, she never seems to put on the computer what the visit is for ALTHOUGH I tell her when I phone to make the appts. The attitude of the staff is rude, I don't care what you look like, they should treat everyone in the same manner.

It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most.
