Great medical service there, if you don't mind the wait. Dr. Hand is a very patient, sweet lady. She actually spends the time with you to decide what the best treatment is. I have made her my primary Dr.

Dr. Hand is always professional and personable. She is up on all the new procedures and medications. She courteously answers all questions and asks questions pertinent to your complaint or condition. The waiting area is rather small, but there is generally a seat available. Their staff is friendly and professional. There are no appointments and scheduling is first come first serve. Come early. They billed my insurance in a timely manner and I have never had any issues with getting my medications or refills. I would recommend Dr. Hand unconditionally.

I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
