I made an appointment 3 days in advance. I waited 45 minutes and finally went to frint desk to find out how much longer it would be. They told me they had a paitient having a heart attack and did not know when they could see me. I told them I would need to reschedule they did not even offer a new appointment and was shocked that I would not sit and wait until she could see me. I understand if you have a patient having a heart attack they are the primary patient but they could have told all of us in waiting room that they did not know when they would see us and offer an alternate appointment. I also do not understand if this person was having a heart attack why they were not contacting an ambulance. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. I called the next morning to see if they could re schedule me and they said they could not. That I would have to wait another day. They could have cared less about the way they treated me and when I told them I had waited the day before they said they were booked and that I could find another primarcy care physician. What great customer service right??? I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.
