Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Went in a couple days ago, I waited for 2 hrs plus in the waiting room after my scheduled appointment, then another hour in the exam room only for the doctor to walk in, mumble some stuff then walk out and leave me there for another half hour. Do not go if you do not speak spanish, because they barely speak english. The wait is horrible and they are not friendly or courteous at all. First and last visit for me!!!

This office does not respect their patients time. It was my first and last visit to this office, I ended up walking out after two hours in the waiting area. They had not even given me the new patient forms to fill out. About 4 patients were passed on to the exam room during the two hours I was waiting. This was with an appointment, I can't imagine how long it would take to be seen without an apppointment. They have a sign that says it may take longer to be seen because they have electronic records now, isn't this supposed to make the process faster? I only came here because some of my family has been going there, not anymore, they are all finding a new doctor after this. I have never experienced something like this at any other doctor's office, just plain ridiculous!

I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. The chairs they had in the waiting room were pretty high quality. I thought they were nice and comfortable. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me.
