I've been here several times over the years just for pure convenience if location. A few times that I've been they didn't even diagnose me w the problem. This last time I didn't have my insurance card on me so I asked if I could email them a picture of it. She said they didn't have Internet(seriously?) that it would have to be faxed, that they had to 'scan it in'. I gave her my phone with the picture of the card on it so 'scan' it and she said it wouldn't do that. She made no attempts to help even though I had all of the information on me. This place needs to get in the 21st century! No Internet? You can't pick up the phone to simply confirm my insurance? I ended up just going somewhere else and whe I get to the next place I realized she kept my ID while she was scanning it so I had to go back. I will never step foot in this place again.
