I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Their staff is very friendly and professional. They were extremely late to all my appointments. I always had to wait over an hour for them to show up. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.

I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful.

They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I was happy and relieved that they were able to answer all of my questions. I felt like I got a good amount of information.

I feel like they always have a special going on every time I visit. Even if I don't bring in a coupon the staff will inform me of the promotions they have going on so that I can save money. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.

Well. You get charged the price to see the doctor but, you see his PAC. You are suppose to be charged less for that. His PAC is very nice. The nurse Maria is very difficult to get along with and understand. If she doesn't like you then forget it, it's not going to be good. A doctor shouldn't yell at his patients but, that doesn't stop this one from doing that in front of anyone. You expect that your doctor will be caring etc.. You don't get that here. The staff upfront were always very nice. Would have rather just dealt with them. It's sad in this day and age that you have to dread going into see your doctor. That you wonder if you're going to be treated nice or rushed out because time is money. I wouldn't refer anyone here.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met
