Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. The staff was warm and welcoming, which I appreciated. They are very friendly there.

I used to go there all the time for a few years. The front desk staff has been friendly - most of the time. You can always find some bad apples. The medical assisting staff is always very friendly. Also, if you do not want to wait forever, make sure to book an appointment first thing in the morning or after lunch, or you will sit in the waiting room for quite a while. However, my last experience has left me very upset. For over a month have I been trying to get the results from my lab work and all I have been getting from this office is the runaround and no answers. I have been calling them every other day and I have not yet received a single return call from the PA that was supposed to handle my matter. Considering that I am feeling pretty sick, I already paid for the lab work, this is very disappointing. Now I have to find another doctor, do the lab work all over again - pay for it again just because at this doctor's office it does not appear to be important enough to follow up with a patient. So.. I guess you have to figure out what is more important to you when finding a doctor. In my case, my health is more important to me than hurting someone's feelings for not giving positive feedback on an experience.
