Dr. Isbell has been my physician for many, many years. He is down to earth and has taken excellent care of me.

I PRAY MY HUSBAND DOES NOT WRECK INTO ANY OF THE READERS LOVED ONES AND KILL THEM DUE TO HIS DIABETIC NEUROPATHY AND UNCONTROLLED SHAKING/SEIZURE SPELLS BECAUSE THIS DR. WORKS FOR THE STATE TO DENY PERSONS SS DISABILITY....YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED, BE CARFULL ON THE ROADS... Dr. Isbell is in the Social Security Administrations money pocket. My husband was pulled from work March 2011 due to long suffering from diabetic neuropathy. My husband sees a Dr. who treats persons w/ diabetic neuropathy and my husband has seen diabetic and neurologist specialist and all are on the same page...his nerves are damaged in his legs (they go numb, doesn't know the gas from break pedal) and damaged in his hands and can't hold the car steering wheel...it is dangerous for my husband to drive, he has had a diabetic neuropathy shake attack and has wrecked 2 cars. The SSA sends people to THEIR Dr for a so called opinion. In the SSA report it is stated by this so called Dr that he only checked my husbands neck, heart rate, mentioned his feet were cold the further down the dr felt, but because my husband was not in a deformation like state in his arms and legs he is fine!

Over the past year I have visited with Dr. Isbell numerous times with issues stemming from an ongoing illness to pain to strep. Each time I was treated with the utmost repsect. Never have I felt rushed. I have always been able to get an appointment - even the same day when I had strep. The staff is so nice. Honestly, this is not a typical doctor's office - it is so much better. That is why I continue to return and refer friends.

The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions
Was the waiting area spacious?
No, but I can always find a seat

Somewhat, I wasn't overly impressed

It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.

I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.
