Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

Yes, they answered my call right away

They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed to drag on for two and a half hours with no respect of the fact that i was in the room most of he time.. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer ANY of my questions. They were rude, judgmental, and unproffesional. The "DR." i saw was Ann Black. So indifferent, so uncaring, so uninterested.

Yes

No, they didn't wear any cologne
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time
Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs?
Yes, they've stayed open late when I've needed help

Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
