Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places.
