Yes everything was neat and sterile

Way too cold, I thought I would catch hypothermia

Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing

Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

Great doc, office is understandably busy. Good rapport with regular patients. Office staff is a little air headed, but nurses are great.

I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.
