I like Dr. Henry a lot, however wait times at his office can be excessive - I once waited over FOUR hours. He is very thorough and professional, but my time is as valuable as his is and I wish he would schedule appropriately for long waits.

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I was forced to call the emergency room in the middle of the night and was really scared. It doesn't matter how many times I come here, they just cannot seem to remember my name and they make no effort to even try. I'd rather go to someone else who might actually appreciate my loyalty and business. Their office was extremely loud, I felt like I was going to go deaf. I couldn't hear anything that anyone was saying over the blaring noise.
