I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.

They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I told everyone how great they were the first chance I got. I have never had better service or care at any other dermatologist. All of my questions were answered fully during the appointment, which really put my mind at ease. It was extremely informative. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.

Dr. Lyde has the nicest office of any Dr. I have. It's like going to a comfy library with a museum attached. the sound is dead, lighting is subdued, and there is a lot of room so you are not shoved up next to other patients while waiting. I considered their waiting area chairs to be the most comfortable I've ever sat in, I have fallen asleep on their couch before. I was so relaxed while waiting to see the dermatologist.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I knew I was getting state-of-the-art treatment when Dr. Lyde detailed my conditions and treatment plan personally on every visit. My entire family and many friends now go to Dr. Lyde on my wife's recommendation. When it comes to my skin, the largest organ on the body, I would trust no-one else.
