The doctor is extremely personable and professional. He answered all of my questions, and expressed genuine interest in my concerns. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. I definitely did not get the same level of professional courtesy when I called the office. One of the recpetionists was very abrupt, and unprofessional. And I will definitely let Dr. Schmidt know on my next visit.
