Dr. Jacobson seems to have a very busy practice, but i've never had to wait too long to get on his schedule. Friendly. Not naturally talkative with patients. Businesslike. But he inspires confidence that he really knows what he is doing, and he patiently answers any questions i have. I like him a lot.
