They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. Their equipment seemed current and up to date. I wasn't worried at all. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them.

Yes, I was greeted when I walked in

No, I don't think they appreciate my loyalty

Not at all, I feel like they're constantly ready to give up on me
