He is excellent. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. Dr. Jacobs is confident, not arrogant, and humble enough to realize he continues the professional learning progress and listens to and responds to the patient. He has the patient's interest at heart. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.

They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.

Yes; the equipment is very advanced!

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet
