Dr. James Netterville performed my surgery on my schwannoma tumor in December of 2014. Everything went better than I thought it would and I was very happy with the outcome. I had the utmost confidence in Dr. Netterville from the first time I saw him in his office. He is one of the most caring doctors it has ever been my pleasure to meet. He started out by telling me everything I could ever possibly want to know and then told me to take my time with my decision and if I chose to have him perform my surgery he would be honored. I traveled from Washington Illinois to see him because I found a lot of good things mentioned about him on a facebook group that I joined when I was doing research on my tumor. I am so utterly happy that I was led to see him since this type of surgery can end so badly in the hands of a doctor that doesn't have the skill or care that their patient doesn't have the same quality of life after surgery. I truly believe that Dr. Netterville and his team are the "BEST". Too bad that all doctors don't refer their patients to someone like Dr. Netterville (one of the best in their field) instead they go ahead and do surgery even if they are unable to give the best possible outcome to their patient. Thanks and Prayers to Dr. Netterville and his team!!!!!

I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. I was particularly impressed with the teamwork approach/ communication with other health professionals.
