After years of undiagnosed ear related problems, Dr. Paffrath made an accurate diagnosis. After being bedridden with severe balance problems, one visit to Physical Therapy cured me. I was devastated when Dr. Paffrath left the Lakeland, FL area. He is the only ENT who has ever helped me.

wait periods are way to long and staff tends to ignore that your waiting. The doctors are great but have too many patients and are always overbooked

Absolutely, they took everything I had to say very seriously

Not at all, I was given several other options to try first
