I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.

We have had FOUR tube/adnoid procedures by Dr. Mullins at Cool Spring Surg Center as well as numerous office visits and cannot say enough about them. NEVER a tear shed by either one of my children. His staff as well as the surg center go above and beyond and THAT is rare in healthcare these days.
