Everyone of the staff members I encountered were nice, the doctor, unfortunately, was not! I don't know if he was having a bad day but boy did he seemed pissed off at me just for being there. I will never go back to see this doctor again. His bedside manner needs some work. I understand if you're having a bad day but there's no need to patronize a patient, especially when I'm uncomfortable enough being at the Urologist.

My husband had a bilateral varicoceolectomy after trying 3-years to get pregnant. We conceived two months after the surgery and the first month we tried for our second child. It worked!

I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.
