You couldn’t pay me enough to return there again. I had the worst experience I’ve ever had at any doctor. I'm still upset with how long they made me wait in their waiting room before my appointment. I wasted half my day. They definitely weren't ready for me when I arrived for my appointment. They left me in the waiting room for hours. My appointments get canceled here a lot. I usually just go to someone else in the area because I can't count on them ever. I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were. I showed up before their scheduled closing time and they said they were closing. They knew I needed help but they still decided to close early.
I called to make appt told them I had a hysterectomy and gyn has been trying to help me with severe bladder infection and this is the third antibiotic I been on and no relief I told her I need to be seen soon since my symptoms aren't better The girl on the phone said we can see you in two weeks I just told her I would be dead by then since I already know I have a severe bladder infection. She had no response she had my name and number didn't call me back. Please people go into nashville or hermitage where they understand a severe bladder infection can't wait two weeks. This office is a joke and doesn't try to help local people that need to be seen now.
