They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. Although I have seen them apologize for some mistakes it doesn't happen very often. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.
