When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I was shocked when we switched to PDA that they provided us with several cans of formula for my newborn (she is a 2nd child which prompted us switching doctors because we were never really happy with our previous pediatrician, but since my oldest daughter was only needing well checks yearly and rarely got sick we stuck it out with the previous pediatrician much longer than we ever should have!) Not only that, but our previous pediatrician always charged our copay for well check appointments, which PDA informed me is covered by my insurance! I was amazed at how friendly and informative the staff at PDA are. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert.

Not really, they should have made more of an effort

Absolutely. They have plenty of nurse practioners and doctors as back-up support

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
