Dr. Keegan was not the doctor following our daughter in-law, but when our daughter in-law went into labor Dr Keegan was on call for her group. She was terse, condescending, and rude to our son and daughter-in-law. Our daughter in-law had broken her water the night before. This doctor smirked and asked "Are you sure you didn't just pee all over yourself?" She just didn't want to be bothered by having to be at the hospital that day. She was inconsiderate to the nurses and staff, too. She may be a competent doctor, but she certainly isn't very nice for someone in the business of delivering babies. If you have this group, you might think twice before getting this doctor.

Without a doubt!
Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time?
Not at all! They were always present and attentive
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit?
Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Yes, they were willing to ask for advice when necessary

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away
Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs?
Definitely! They would never turn away anyone in need
Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had
Does this provider treat their staff well?
Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better
