I wouldn't give them any stars if that were an option. DO NOT GO TO THIS NEUROLOGIST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HE ONLY CARES ABOUT THE MONEY!!!!!!!!!!! HE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT HIS PATIENTS WELL BEING OR HEALTH. He has refused to see me for my injections I get every three months because the insurance hasn't picked up it's portion of the bill from Sept so they won't let me keep my scheduled injections for tomorrow. Who knows how long this process will take and why hasn't anyone called me before the day before the appointment to let me know. Why????????? BECAUSE THEY DON'T GIVE A S*&$ ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS!!!! Money is what they care about and it's just sad, NOW, I get to go through the holidays with migraines. Merry Christmas from East TN Neurology I guess. I won't be going back. I wouldn't even bring my dog to you all for care

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. They never answered any of my calls, and when I asked for my medical records, they notated that I called too often. My calls were about life-threatening reactions to the medications they gave me. They also charted my basic information incorrectly which made getting health insurance set up in another state difficult.They said I was 270lbs when I was 170lbs, but three visits later had me at 171 lbs again. I never got it fixed. Oh, and my diagnosis was completely disproven....
