Dr. Mitchell spends 75% of the time listening and 25% of the time talking. She is open and honest. I have gone to her for years now and she has kept me healthy. I find her very reasonable in the decisions she makes and she always gives her own point/counterpoint. I feel informed and empowered in working with her on my care. She is a good medical partner to have on your team.

The chairs in their waiting room weren't the best but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.

They were extremely late to all my appointments. I always had to wait over an hour for them to show up. They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods. They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. I definitely think that I could have gotten much better service somewhere else. I was amazed at how poorly they treated me.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for.
