They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and comfortable during each appointment. They are one of the most welcoming offices I've ever visited. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.

Not at all, I feel like they're constantly ready to give up on me

Definitely not! I was constantly interrupted or cut off!

Not at all. I felt terrible for all the staff members

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

No, I'm always worried they're going to settle with a solution that isn't the best
