I had a very tramatic experience with this doctor. I was referred to him with a serious staph infection in my nose. Dr. Parsons walked into the room and his first comment to me was that he noticed I didn't have insurance. It was all downhill from there. He said that I needed a surgical procedure and that if I had insurance I would be at the hospital under anesthesia but since I had no insurance he ould be doing it in the office. He told me at least 5 times how painful it would be but never told me exactly what he intended to do, other than hurt me. The injections and surgery were excruciating and almost barbaric. He was very rude and unprofessional. I am a loyal employee with the same company for 15 years and not having insurance is not by choice. The procedure probably saved my life but I have nothing good to say about the man that did it.

I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind
was that they took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude. The office staff is very rude and disrespectful. I overheard everything the girls in the Rock Hill office were talking about. I think the girls name was Crystal and she is rude. I will never step foot in that office again. I even overheard the office manager come up front talking about what she did over the weekend. Very unprofessional staff!!!!

Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!

Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for

Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

Absolutely! They were very entertaining!
