Unreal! My wife got her first bill from this group and it said... " This is your final notice of your account. We require payment in 10 days or your account will be turned over to a collections agency" I repeat...this was the first time we received a bill from this group.... and the amount due after insurance payments is $11.20. Perhaps they should send a bill and ask for payment before they put a notice like this on the FIRST BILL!
