They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. It was really nice to see how patient they were with first-time mothers. I've seen some other pediatricians get really annoyed whenever a first-time mother asks a question, but they don't do that here. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most.

They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I especially don't like their attitude on seeing us more than one hour late after the appontmenttime. It happened more than once. When I asked the reason and the nurse told me if I want to leave I can do so. What a word! I could tell I wasn't their primary concern. I decides to change to another group of doctor immediately after this experience! My appointment felt a little rushed. I understand that they are busy but I hope they could show some sympathy and professionalism.

It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I love the way that they interact with both me and my child every time we visit. They always respect my child's individuality and make an extra effort to always include them.
