I am in more pain now than prior to the surgery (8 weeks ago.) When I called for a follow up appointment, the soonest one with the doctor was in 5 weeks.

Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered.

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored.

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. but bad about refills due to incompetent

They try not to, but sometimes it happens.

Not the worst, but certainly not the best

I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for.
