They always make sure to return my phone call. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They are nice but overbooked and the staff is overworked. They should really allow for more time in between appointments.
