Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.

The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I definitely don't trust their advice. They're only concerned about themselves. I had the hardest time finding their office, and I usually have a good sense of direction. They don't pay reall attention to the patients. My 3 month old was wheezing and without even listening to him or even touching him they said is was stridor, gave him a breathing unit, the next 3 months we were back and forth and at 6 months took him he had a fever they quickly looked over him said antibiotics for fever even though they didnt tell me what was wrong with him I asked about the wheezing again he held him up in front of him and said oh thats his throat. I switched drs 2 days after the new dr ordered a chest xray and my son had pnuemonia and asthma like conditions in his lungs, they dont like to diagnose babies with asthma until later. But my son had pnuemonia and these drs failed to catch that. I brought my other son in for lack of sleep at night he wouldnt sleep and they wanted to prescribe me antidepressants because I was frazzled, well I was getting 3 hrs of sleep a night and had a 6 month old, also I had a b12 deficiency that they failed to catch, I wouldnt trust these drs with my fish, so buyer beware, I am not in the business of bad mouthing anyone I just think that after this people should know that there is a risk involved.
