I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.

I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.
