I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant and told me I was just overreacting. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. Their office was unbearably cold. I was starting to worry that I would catch hypothermia if I stayed there any longer. I understand that heating bills are expensive, but it was awful in there. Their equipment was old. Most of it was still in usable condition but I would have appreciated equipment that was at least current. Every time I visit, I have to remind them why I'm visiting them. It makes me feel like they don't care about me.
