I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They seemed like they were using fairly modern treatment methods and procedures, but I'm not really sure. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.

I could tell that he takes pride in his office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. Dr. Haines is very kind and a great listener, makes you feel at ease and very knowledgable. Great physician.

I was a little disappointed with the process of reaching this provider, especially if there had been an emergency that did not require a hospital visit. He does eventually call back. Since I started visiting him, I'm better than I've been in years. He is very talented and has been able to help me recover more quickly than I would have been able to anywhere else. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment based on the discussions we had. Would highly recommend

They made sure every question I had was answered thoroughly, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They always discouraged all of my negative behaviors in a respectful way. They always have my best interest in mind. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily.
